Friday, Nov 29 (10 am-2 pm) for 7th and 8th grade girls -One hour of basketball mechanics -One hour of speed, agility and quickness -One hour of ninja training -One hour of free play Lunch included. Basketball training consists of teaching the basics of ball handling, shooting and the beginning concepts of playing within a motion defense; Warrior training consists of speed, agility and strength training using the obstacles, climbing walls and fitness equipment.
