PJ Camargo
Pj Camargo is a professional obstacle course athlete, ninja/obstacle coach, hip hop choreographer and dancer. Founder of Authentik Movement, a dance, fitness, ninja/obstacle training company. He is a 2x American ninja warrior competitor and obstacle course racing enthusiast. From running marathons to performing on stages, his concept of versatility in motion and endless hard work is what he preaches (and practices). Honored to teach individuals the importance of body control and body communication, he strives to share his craft and knowledge of movement and bodyweight training. For PJ, the mindset of warrior and mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness.

Meet the Instructors

Andy Isaacs
Andy is an A.C.E certified Personal Trainer with 12 years of experience in individual, small group, and class instruction. His high-energy personality and motivating style are infectious with everyone he comes in contact with. Andy’s entry into the world of obstacle course racing started with his first Tough Mudder in 2012. Since then, he and the Kardiac Kids have participated in numerous Tough Mudders and other OCRs. He is an avid weight lifter, has run 12 marathons and plays in several rec sports leagues. Andy is a firm believer in practicing what he preaches and will never turn down a challenge!

Anthony Santo Domingo
Anthony Santo Domingo, Founder of Capoeira Brasil Cleveland
This Afro-Brazilizan martial art is exciting, dynamic, and interdisciplinary. Capoeira weaves elements of dance, fighting techniques, acrobatics, and music into a rich fabric of movement, percussion, and song.

Mark Hawald
Mark is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA. He is the current head wrestling coach at John Carroll University and has achieved several honors in coaching including NCAA Division III National Coach of the Year. As an athlete, he was an NCAA Division III All-American wrestler. He plans to use his coaching and competitive philosophy to train the next generation of athletes.

Matt Levy
Matt uses his science-based, tried and true fitness methods to successfully train everyone from professional athletes to 76-year-old grandmothers. Matt will personalize his program just for you, no matter your age, fitness level, or health status. His past clients include some of the best athletes in the country, and he’ll provide this same level of expertise to you.

Ryan Stargell
Ryan is an adrenalized kid with the passionate heart of a traceur. He leads our kids in the art of movement known as "Parkour."

Sabah Bhat
Sabah discovered yoga in 2011, and has been an avid practitioner ever since. She did her teacher training with Abide Yoga in 2018. She also has her black belt in Kenpo Karate, and has trained in Muay Thai and Northern Shaolin Kung Fu. She also has dabbled in a few different styles of dance including Swing, Salsa and Belly. She has been doing obstacle course races since 2015. Sabah is also an attorney and a Coast Guard veteran, and knows how important it is to stay fit and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Sandy Conochan
Sandy is a certified Personal Trainer and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Athletic Training and Exercise Science. She also works part time as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She was a competitive gymnast for 12 years and coached both recreational and competitive teams for 5 years. Her current obsession is obstacle course racing and similar competitions both local and nationwide. Sandy loves to run, rock climb, bike, and lift.
