PJ’s class focuses on versatility of functional movements, mixing anaerobics with aerobics. Constant change of energies drives high calorie burn. This class pushes mental fitness as much as physical. Incorporates aspects of HIIT training, plyometrics, isometric exercises and obstacles training. Cardio is included in every class. Expect to have corrections on techniques of the basic squat, lunge, burpee, push-ups and pull-ups.
