Warrior Flow Yoga

Because even Adrenaline Monkeys need to breathe! This class will be an active vinyasa class with one part energetic flow, one part dynamic stretching, and one part restorative/meditative yoga. Class will be suitable for all fitness levels and all body types. Start your weekend off right with some movement and breath work to center your Saturday.
